An excellent tip from Richard Branson, one of the most “freewheeling” leaders I know of. Unfortunately, punctuality is becoming a thing of the past these days. For some, it is wrongly associated with the “millennial generation” or “that’s just how young people are these days.” Sorry folks, but that’s no excuse. If something is important, be there on time. If it is not that important, cancel or send someone in your place. It’s that simple.
